According to Sports Boom, both Arsenal and Chelsea are keeping a close eye on Ramon, who is anticipated to make a significant move this summer.

The report elaborates that Ramon, now 21 years old, has drawn interest from not only the Gunners and Blues but also from Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid. He has enjoyed a standout season with Como, which has experienced a remarkable resurgence under the management of Cesc Fabregas.
Currently positioned sixth in Serie A, Como has qualified for European competition for the first time in the club’s history. Ramon has made 35 appearances this season after joining from Real Madrid last summer.
However, reports indicate that Real Madrid included a buy-back option in his transfer, allowing them to reacquire him for less than £7 million. Additionally, there is a 50% sell-on clause should Como decide to sell him in the future. As a result, Como is expected to demand a substantial fee for Ramon, potentially setting his price tag as high as £45 million.
