According to BILD, relayed by SportWitness, the Reds are preparing a substantial offer exceeding £100 million for RB Leipzig’s promising winger Yan Diomande.
The reports indicate that Liverpool’s initial offer of approximately £86 million was turned down by Leipzig, prompting the club to take immediate action with a new proposal.

Diomande, just 19 years old, has experienced a remarkable ascent since his transfer to Leipzig from Leganés in the summer of 2025.
Last season, he netted 13 goals and delivered 10 assists over 36 appearances for the Bundesliga side. His strong performances earned him a spot on the Ivory Coast squad for the World Cup in North America.
Thus far, Diomande has started both matches for Ivory Coast in the tournament and has made a significant impression. He will be aiming to lead his country to victory over Curacao on Wednesday, hoping to advance to the knockout stages.
Despite the increasing interest from Liverpool, it seems that Manchester United’s management, including former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, are unwilling to let the talented Ivorian leave this summer and are likely to reject any subsequent offers.
Nevertheless, Liverpool appears set to submit a revised offer featuring an initial fee of around £87 million, supplemented by an additional £17 million in potential add-ons.
